Return Policy
At J. Parkerson Jewelers, every purchase is made with care and every piece is chosen with intention. All sales are final, but should you need to make an exchange, we are happy to work with you for in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before initiating an exchange. Exchanges that do not comply with our store policy may not be eligible for processing.
Returning Your Purchase
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, but we are happy to assist you with an exchange in-store within an eligible timeframe. To begin an exchange, you may visit us in-store or ship your item to us by mail at your own expense.If shipping, we strongly recommend sending your item via registered post and purchasing carrier insurance for the full value of the merchandise. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you assume full liability for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. J. Parkerson Jewelers is not responsible for packages that arrive without tracking or delivery confirmation showing receipt at our store.
Please pack all items securely in the original outer box or a sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure your piece arrives in excellent condition. Send all exchanges to:

Return Conditions
Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging in a fully saleable condition. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, our team is always happy to work with you personally to find the right piece, and your in-store credit will never go to waste at J. Parkerson Jewelers.
Exchanges
Every piece that leaves J. Parkerson Jewelers is carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure it meets our exacting standards. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is discovered, you may be eligible to exchange your item within 15 days of receipt.
Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, an exact replacement may not always be available. In those cases, you may elect to receive in-store credit equal to the value of your original purchase to be used toward any item in our store.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy. Custom jewelry and personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. Gemstones, including diamonds, are sold as-is and are not covered by this policy. Any damage resulting from wear, misuse, or causes other than a manufacturing defect is not eligible for exchange or in-store credit.
Gift Returns
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.
Personalized Items

Custom and Special Order Items
Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for exchange. Any product that has been built or altered at your request (including ring re-sizing and diamond upgrades) falls under this category and as such is not eligible for exchange.
